Capital One Landing (entrance to the space near Suites #361 and #362)

Guests can enter starting at 5:30 PM at our suite holder entrance or starting at 6:00 PM at our F St. Main Entrance. NO BAG POLICY*

Suite Holder Entrance (7th & G St. corner)

Guests can enter here starting at 5:30 PM. Once inside the suite holder entrance, guests can take either elevator inside that entrance lobby up to the 3rd floor/Club Level and proceed to the left on the 3rd floor concourse until they reach Suites #361 and #362, and they will see the entrance to the Capital One Landing.

Main F St. Entrance (F St. between 6th & 7th)

Guests can enter here starting at 6:00 PM. Once inside the main entrance, take the escalator across from Section 101 up to the 3rd floor/Club Level and proceed to the right on the 3rd floor concourse until they reach Suites #361 and #362 and they will see the entrance to the Capital One Landing.

*Bag Policy

Capital One Arena has a strict no bag policy. Bags, backpacks, and purses are not permitted into the arena – only wallet-size clutches smaller than 5” x 7” will be allowed. Should a special exception be needed for parenting or medical bags smaller than 14” x 14” x 6”, please use the entrance on the corner of 6th and F Street for security screening.
